Last updated August 16, 2026

Pre-ordering puts your name on a unit before the shipment arrives, locks in your price, and still leaves you free to cancel any time before dispatch.

Guaranteed unit

Your item is set aside the moment stock reaches our warehouse.

Launch price locked

If the price rises before arrival, you still pay what you booked at.

Honest dates

We publish the real expected window and message you if it moves.

Cancel any time

Right up until dispatch, with a full refund of anything you have paid.

How it works

Start to finish, with no surprises in the middle.

  1. 1

    Reserve your unit

Place the pre-order like any normal order. Some items ask for a small advance, most do not.

  2. 2

    We keep you posted

You hear from us when the shipment leaves the supplier and again when it lands.

  3. 3

    Stock arrives

Pre-orders are packed and dispatched first, ahead of new orders for the same item.

  4. 4

    It reaches your door

Delivery works exactly as it does for any other order, Cash on Delivery included.

The details

How we handle timing

Every pre-order product shows an expected arrival window on its page. We would rather give you an honest range than an optimistic date we cannot keep.

Shipments occasionally shift — customs, supplier delays, the usual realities of importing. If your date moves we message you as soon as we know, and you are always free to cancel for a full refund at that point.

Payment on a pre-order

Most pre-orders need no money up front — you pay on delivery exactly as usual. For limited or high-value items we sometimes ask for a small advance to secure the unit, and the product page will say so clearly before you order.

Any advance you pay is fully refundable until the moment your parcel is dispatched.

Your price is locked

The price you booked at is the price you pay, even if the item launches higher. And if it happens to launch lower, you pay the lower price — we will never charge you more than the going rate on the day it ships.

If the shipment never arrives

It is rare, but a supplier can cancel a production run. If your item genuinely cannot be sourced we tell you straight away, refund every taka you have paid in full, and offer you the closest alternative we stock along with a discount for the wait.
